Harness/Kit

Product is great but was supposed to come with free wiring harness and mounting kit for my specific vehicles(2). I emailed seller with appropriate vehicle info. I have also emailed them back 3 or 4 times with no response. I called their phone number and was given a recording saying it could be many hours until someone was available and that my best resolution would be to email. I haven't received my 2 free kits or heard back from seller.
