this product is excellent! i drink my sleepytime extra tea before i go to bed with this tea also, about every other day. no more bloating, flatter stomach, and no stomach pains what so ever. makes me feel so much better. the bathroom trips stop about 2 hours after waking up so you can plan your day around that.
