    No it was really good, exactly what I was looking for, almost completely invisible wear, and I was honestly impressed that it had a solid dowel that it came with. The stock One is hollow. I mean there was it was literally no different than buying a brand new one. Also he was coming in a lot. It's cheaper than I was seeing in other places.

Reserve Filter/Screen won't stay inserted and falls out
The filter that is supposed to attach over the reserve feed hole will not stay inserted and will fall out. I ended up buying a different petcock valve. Kept this petcock for some application where I don't care about screening the reserve.
