A really good portable design and accessories
1 of 1 found this helpful This is probably my fourth trampoline, the others have gotten left at old houses etc. This one, though, will probably follow me if I move because it is so foldable and easy to assemble. You don't have the metal springs, instead you have very strong woven elastic and it is well made. The legs are nicely screwed on and the frame locks open nicely - it is strong and you need two people to do it. The extras, the calibrator and the straps are an excellent addition and lend themselves to both keeping records on progress and fitness and also finding other useful exercises including lying on the trampoline - challenging your core - whilst hooking legs into the straps and lowering and raising them......and excellent, useful piece of kit for the gym or house especially when the weather is bad and you need to run - run on a trampoline and get that heart rate up.

The Best Spin Bikes by far
I spin on a regular basis, used to attend classes, use to teach classes but now live way up the mountain and about 1 hour away from a local class. I use to own a smaller, Keiser bike, which was ergonomic to store and keep in a small house.....however, there were some design faults. Always at the classes I taught or attended the Star Trac bikes always stood out as a very sturdy and well designed bike. The NXT model, specifically, was an outstanding model, one that I and my students loved. Later models never matched up to the NXT bike and if you ever get a chance buy one of these and yes they are pricer than some of the other makes and models out there but very very very worth it. You get years and years of spinning out of these and I spin on my own and it is a very dependable and fun bike to keep coming back to. Easy to assemble too, with good features like the water carriage above the handles, you can also lean a tablet with a youtube clip of Johnny Gee's classes on it, always a bonus. The turn handle for both the brake and the resistance change is the best design for this function and other models try and improve it, it does not need improving. The best bit is the handle extension and seat extension both of which move up and sideways can accommodate all sizes and if you are into Alexander Technique it allows you to have your handle bars up higher than your seat, without you having to overreach to get them, therefore allowing you to have a nice long, length in your back...the best position for cycling - don't be conned into thinking a higher seat and hunching over your handlebars is the best posture, it isn't.

Upwords a brilliant 3D version of scrabble
1 of 1 found this helpful Bored with scrabble and need a new injection of word gaming fun, upwords is a deceptively simple concept and when playing it you get a real sense of what you can do with words to win points.....I prefer this to scrabble any day.
