Not for me
This product made me feel terrible by the third day I was in so much pain, headaches disoriented vision blurry, just felt terrible. I followed it to a T. This is something I cannot recommend to anyone else as bad as I felt . Every day I seem to feel worse and by the fourth day I had to stop.
