Poor quality
3 of 17 found this helpful I was expecting the amazon fire stick to be easy to use and allow me to control the volume and turn the TV on and off. However, the set up was so confusing and didn't recongsie the TV. This is disappointing considering the whole reason why I bought the product is to control the sound from a remote, rather than having to get up and control it manually.
