The TITLE of this book really says it.

Mark Bittman's books really help those who are not gourmet cooks and want to serve good,healthy non-complicated recipes.

My Cousin Vinny movie

Marisa Tomei totally deserved the Best Supporting Oscar for this movie,but so did Joe Pesci(for best ACTOR),but an actor in a comedy rarely wins. Pesci was so hilarious in this movie! Fred Gwynne was great as the Judge. This movie shows his great talent.If you only know him as Fred Munster you are in for a treat.He would have gone on to bigger things had he not gotten ill and died a few years later. The supporting players are tops. Jonathan Lynn(the director)also made the very funny Nuns on the Run(rent it)the movie really zips along. I will never get tired of watching this movie.
