It's okay but there is much better
This is an okay power supply, and so far is doing what it is supposed to do. I bought this originally for a machine that is having boot issues, but after doing some research, I ordered a better power supply and put this one in another machine, a Pentium 4 /w 2.4 gHz CPU in need of a power supply where it works fine. This power supply only has 2 molex 4 pin power connectors, although it claims 3. It's packed well in a pretty box. After I had purchased I found an in-depth review of this supply, and I pretty much have to concur with what the review said. This is made of very light metal, the overall weight is very light, the heat sink is small and thin, there are very few components, the wires going to the power plugs also seem quite light, the 'expert' review claims that 20 gauge wire is used and the ATX standard calls for 18 gauge - it supposedly is lacking in EMI (electromagnetic interference) filtering, and it is not PCF (power control factor), which are two things present in most modern, good quality name brand power supplies, and ARE present in the other power supply I bought. This power supply will, however, get the job done if you need a basic ATX power supply.
