Lightweight with good sound

The sound quality is good if all you care about is listening to some music and maybe news and commentaries as you walk or run, but it's not a great sound, and probably not meant to be. The earphones are small and don't cover the entire ear, but you don't want to use the product for a prolonged period of time anyway. The backstrap that holds the headset in place is a bit hard to adjust. But the radio headset really is good for use for an hour or so on your daily walk or run.

Product not user friendly
This product is not user-friendly in any way, but I acknowledge that a lot of my problems are probably because of my computer. First of all, I had to take the software to a technician who could install it for me because I couldn't make it work. There was a cost involved, of course. So far, I have been able to scan just one page of a 300-page manuscript that I wanted to convert to Word for editing. I don't know what the problem is and maybe the answer is somewhere in the software's guide, but I'm not good at technology and the software doesn't really help. I would probably give the product a better rating -- and I'm sure it works well for other users -- if it had been easier for me to handle. I know you don't have a return policy, and that makes sense because of the nature of the product, but I'll keep trying to make it work because I have no other choice.

Didn't get it after a long wait. Company ran out of the product and was not offered something else.
Never got it. Ran out of stock.
