Nice connector kit for hobby and professional use. Handy for prototyping.

USB hub best suited for desktop environment
Having seven ports can be handy. I plug my wireless mouse and keyboard in the back and still have five ports for easy access. The external supply is handy if you want to run devices that consume much power.

Very nice keyboard for use with embedded platforms!
I am using this keyboard connected to an odroid-u3. It works perfectly even at a distance. It takes a little time to become familiar with the keyboard, but that is nothing unusual, you really need to learn any new keyboard.
The touchpad for the mouse is ok. On small screens, positioning the cursor is a little difficult but with practice is is not too bad.
Overall, for the money this is a nice little keyboard. Compact, with a good operating range it is hard to beat.
