velcro straps too short
as reported by so many others, the velcro straps on the sides are too short and are useless. the manufacturer needs to correct this. i t has been reported by many buyers. the cover is such good quality, and good value it is a shame that the maker has not corrected this yet. they advertise this cover with straps and describe how to use this as a value added item. they may just as well remove them from the cover and stop advertising them, they are of no value to the user.

INSTALL ?
I HAVE USED THIS PROGRAM BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEMS. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET 2018 TO FUNCTION, DOWN LOAD. I IMAGINE IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH 2017 THAT IS LOADED ON THE COMPUTER. I HAVE USED THIS PROGRAM BEFORE, IT PERFORMED WELL AND RELIABLY. I HAVE CONTACTED SUPPORT, WAITING FOR A REPLY.
