I love the recipes and the concept of this book.
Each recipe features a full-page full-color picture of the result. I really like that in a cookbook. We have already tried one recipe and have several other marked and a few worked into our meal plan.
His approach to fueling your body for weightloss and keeping trim is a simple one and makes a lot of sense.

Comfy and lasting.
This is my second one of this same color. I wear it so often that I did not want to have it in the laundry at the wrong time! They hold up well and the crew neckline helps to keep me warm.

Easiest Ever!
These cots are the most simple to set up, ever! I was actually looking for Forfar brand that function very similarly, however, I think they are no longer sold. It is wonderful to have options for sleep-overs with grand-loves even though we have a rather small house.
