good design, wrong material
The threaded part of the clamp is made out of very slippery plastic, so for the clamp to work I put a layer of Scotch tape around the threads. This way the clamp works as it's supposed to work. I'd use some light metal - m.b. even aluminum instead of the plastic.

great sound average cpmfort
The sound is great, it could be more comfortable for the ears, and not get too hot too soon.

Very handy heat and cooling wrap
Very good product, works as advertised, great value and very handy if you are in pain, or tired or need heat or cold for a remedy.
