I didn't see a big change
2 of 2 found this helpful I didn't notice any real changes. It may or may not have vitamin values. I didn't feel more amorous or bigger or stiffer I could not recommend it as anything more than a vitamin that may or may not support male sexuality

good and slippery
this is as good as it gets, wet, slippery great value. If you want flavor buy a popcicle.
