Cheap voltmeter
Now I know why Harbor Freight used to sell these. This is my second one of these I purchased. First one I bought from Harbor Freight along with other matching gauges. It only lasted about six months. When I went back to replace it they stop caring them. Bought this one on Ebay and it always shows over 14 volts when engine is running at any rpm. Not accurate. I used a hand held voltmeter to verify it isn't accurate.
