Refurbishing not adequate
The track ball is a refurbished unit, however the action is loose and does not represent the new ball action. I believe a better job should have been done.

basket is substandard
This product works as advertised. The only downside is the catch basin is cardboard and hopefully this machine will way out last that. but it will be useless when it fails.
