It was cold not hot, and the scent is disappearing. What a double shot of good!
1 of 1 found this helpful I've used it before and fell in love. It worked so well on my pain. I especially used it on my knee because I couldn't reach my back or neck. It works with cold rather than heat and that works better for me. The scent is disappearing so after a short time you don't have that tell-tale scent telling the world you have it on.
