Like The Flex With Reservations
3 of 3 found this helpful The Flex does what I basically wanted it to do. I still am learning how to use some of the functions. Two problems...the band is not secure. The design of it is so bad in that it does not hold together, a bad design flaw. I purchased silicone bands to make sure it does not fall off my wrist and these hold it securely (also on EBay). There is no way I would wear it without this extra protection. Also, the lack of instructions on the various functions is non-existent. You need to go on line and download the manual or better yet view You Tube videos and peruse the various chat rooms which are a great help. For these reasons I could not rate it 5 stars.
