recieved it damaged, had gouges and scratches from improper packing of hardware.
1 of 1 found this helpful after making 7 phone calls and sending pictures of hood and shipping box to these people they said i could ship it back to them at my cost( USPS),and they would send me another hood, and that they would reimburse my shipping cost through pay pal. another 38$ I dont trust that they will do this, so I am keeping it.
they should have sent me a no cost return label and none of this would have been a problem, except for the 7 phone calls it took to get them to agree to send another hood.
