Very informative
I bought this book- not really knowing if it would be helpful - and also not having heard of the author....So i read the book through and learned very much- and discovered the author has written a very accurate book here. Perfectly done for someone who is interested in their health and looking for the answers for longevity in remaining agile and strong. My recommendation goes out to any one to read this book because health is something we all have in common.

This is a powerful book;
The book is very well written; very informative; and offers good step by step detailed instrusction.

I like the NIvea and the tin is nice too.
I like the nivea and the tin is nice also. I have been using NIvea for years now and it works well with my skin.
