Very good resource book for woodworkers of all skill levels and types.
This book is not about new ideas or technology. It is about woodworking as a skill chock full of comments about how something is done and why. There is a section on wood selection with descriptions of what each species is and how they react to tooling. What about tools...some are 70's but the idea has not changed much over the years...a router still routs and a plane still planes, but in the event of a shortage of electricity there are descriptions of hand tools and drills that require human energy...brace and bit. What a novel idea, working with wood with our hands Charts on how to cut angles and elipses to moulding types and uses...this is a good resource book for anyone who loves wood. It is also a source of inspriation for those who design to build.

Excited
I personally have not read the series but my daughter seems to absorb the books. She was waiting on the last book in the series to become available at the local library. However the waiting list is long...She is very happy with the books and the condition they arrived were as though she purchased them from the bookstore...

The Templars
Very good historical portrayal of one of the most mysterious groups of warriors in the world...the author is very skillful in meshing literature and history together to make one stick with the book until the end.
