I made the mistake of taking the enhancement at night. I would recommend taking it much earlier in the day as it gives you an almost immediate energy boost. It isn't an energy boost like the drinks. It's more immediate and lasts much longer. I couldn't sleep that night as my mitndwas busy and my body followed suit. I felt like I could clean the garage, the house and then drive to Florida.
That night it did do its intended job and I performed well. Usually at my age and after a few beers, that sometimes can be a surprise if my friend is going to preform. I had about 6 or 7 beers that particular night and he didn't disappoint.
The product is very hard to open. It comes with a tiny plastic straw that you are supposed to stick thru the harder plastic too and it doesn't work that way. I had to take a drill bit and puncture the top in order for the straw to get to the liquid.
