Best eyeliner I ever tried
This is an excellent eyeliner. It’s so easy to apply, even to the top of my eyelids where I’ve always struggled with other eyeliners. It’s produces a very natural thin line which is just enough to look beautiful. Great value! I’m completely satisfied with my purchase.
