1 of 1 found this helpful Great product considering I couldn't purchase it from Verizon for $200 with it not being available online or in store. Even though the product received was refurbished, it works like a charm and has been very reliable. No instructions provided, but user friendly interface made it simple to use. I was able to input my existing SIM card from my older model jet pack and it worked from jump. By buying this product, I was able to avoid another 2 year commitment with Verizon if I purchased another model jetpack through them.
