One tablet at bedtime helps me get a better nights sleep when necessary.
I am not a hay fever sufferer but noticed some sleep aid tablets include Diphenyhydramine with Paracetamol. Taking a couple of these sleep aid tablets at night whilst working abroad gave me a better nights sleep when I needed it. Being available at home they continue to help especially during mildly stressful occasions. This works for me and is a mild sleep aid only. If you regularly cannot sleep please talk to your Doctor before taking!

Great value and well made
Lots of these types of scale about. I picked this one because it runs on 2x AAA batteries and looked well made. If you want a scale that can be placed on carpet don't buy this type it is only suitable placed on a bathroom tiled floor or flat hardwood surface. Mine was well-made looks good. It gave accurate readings on my tiled bathroom floor. Happily it was on the lower level of the prices I looked at so a bonus
