Tek 475A is a solid vintage scope great for home shop or amateur radio.
2 of 2 found this helpful The TEK 475 and 475A are solid scopes. They are designed to be repaired. But, keep in mind some parts may be hard to find. Since you are buying a scope upwards of 40 years old, expect it to not be in perfect working condition. Controls will be worn and it will need calibration.
The Tektronix 475A is a great analog scope with solid triggering. Look for a unit that is newer and in good condition. Great deals can be had if you are willing and able to do troubleshooting and repair to the scope on your own. Any 400 series TEK scope can be a useful addition to your home lab/shop.
