Good machine I've been told but arrived with dead unchargeable battery. Setup is challenging.
1 of 1 found this helpful It came with a battery that was useless for the drone. I had to order one from someone else to try to get it working. It's been a pain trying to get the controller to communicate with the drone. Hopefully I can get that done and get it flying tomorrow without having to call support again. From what I have seen from other people it takes great pictures and is a good product for the money. I've heard some negatives about the customer support at DJI but they are sending me another battery after the hassle of sending the bad one back first. Maybe a little quality control and testing would have prevented this? I know I would need some back up batteries once I get busy but I wanted to check the machine out first.
