Punch was as described, but not as sharp as expected.
Punching through regular paper was easy. I had difficulty using the punch on tags made of card stock(thicker than an index card, but not as thick as a cereal box). Arthritis and carpal tunnel weaken the strength in my hands. I turned it over, laying it face down on a hard surface. Using the palm of my right hand, being pushed down by my left hand, I was able to punch through the tags. Also, accurately positioning the tags so the cross punch-out would be in one corner, but still on the tag, was much easier from the back of the device. Thanks again for your product. The shape and size were perfect for our needs!
