These tablets work wonders
2 of 2 found this helpful Alka-Seltzer GOLD tablets are strictly for heartburn, upset stomach, and acid indigestion. They do not contain aspirin or any pain medicine. And they really work. At least for me. They are also refreshing. I drink it from a champagne flute.
