Genuine otter box product
I’ve never used the Pro model, I’ve always had the regular Defender.. I not only like this better but you cannot beat the price!!

The real product
These razors are the one that have been around over 30 years, I don’t know why, I’ve tried all sorts off new types and I keep going back to the basic design and brand.

Missing parts
I know things happen but I wasn't happy after setting aside a whole morning and laying upside down on a cold floor to find out I had missing parts from a sealed parts package in the box... It was supposed to contain 4 washers, 2 grommets and 2 bolts.. ... I compared the shocks before starting and never thought of something missing... only 1 grommet was all that was in the bag!! Thank goodness my old ones were in like-new condition, not normally the case.. The front set was missing a bolt diameter reduction spacer, again lucky I didn't need it.. I have no performance review to offer, it's only been 5 days. ... another thing- there was nothing stamped on the shocks?! Part#... Monroe?? Anything.
