Good reminder of the SR-71 spyplane program.
Ordered two patches and received two - unfortunately one was perfect and the other was not quite as well made. Kept both as too much trouble and effort to return the one that was not perfect. Perhaps the one was embroidered by someone "new".

Nicely made.
This item is nicely made and looks thickly plated in gold, so it should last quite a while, It is smaller than some lapel pins out there, measuring 3/8 x 1/2 " tall. Depending on your point of view smaller might be better, classier but a little bit harder to see. I replaced the clutch back which was a bit loose, but overall very nice and worth the price.

The Power is Yours
1 of 1 found this helpful This book is from the early 2000's but has a wealth of information regarding the Bowflex Body Plan. Included are exercises on the Bowflex, with emphasis on the models extant at that time like the Power Pro, as well as a lot of information regarding menus that complement the workouts. With photos of two models that probably didn't get that big using Bowflex as their only equipment, but are nevertheless compelling and motivating, the book is hard backed, durable, and is a good addition to any Bowflex machine to make your workout better. It might make it easier to get to the workout space and actually work out. Much of what they offer here is transferrable to other workout plans.
