I tried the others . . . .
2 of 2 found this helpful I've tried several other brands of nicotine patch (including "the original") and Nicotinel wins hands-down. I find that the flexibility of the patch is a great help in avoiding "losing it" when others tend to come unstuck during the day, and the curcular shape means that there are no corners to snag my cloths and work them loose!

Slow, but it works.
Very pleased so far -- it's clearing my toe-nail fungus, although it takes time (I've just bought my second bottle)
I did ask my local pharmacy if they had something to solve the problem, but they advised me to see my doctor for a perscription as the treatment they have is £20 a box and it needs around 3 boxes !
