I would give this 5 stars, but the ONLY defect is that the volume up key is slightly hard to press as the button is not springy/as normally sensitive to touch, but that's a small thing for me. Overall, I'm very happy with this product. Good battery life, no scratches anywhere, loud speakers, item as described.
