Customer service is awesome!
I asked them a question, they immediately responded in a kind, understanding, and helpful way.
They told me what I needed to know and they helped me very well.
Shipping was amazing, it got here within a week.
And I'm very grateful for how well they packaged the Xbox one. I was kind of worried about how it would handle the journey but they packaged it very well.
The power supply was shipped separately but I don't really mind that.
Both got here at the same time.
And they were very kind about the whole situation.
They gave me tracking numbers for both.
Now, on to the console itself.
The console pretty much looks brand-new, there's very little scratches on it. But when you're buying refurbished there's bound to be expected scratches and stuff... but I was surprised how very little there actually is.
They seem to do very good work.
And it turned on beautifully. I used my phone to operate the screen with SmartGlass.(no controller yet) I looked around a bit, and it worked perfectly.
I don't have a controller yet, so I couldn't play a game, so I can't really say anything on gameplay.
Note: Yes, this particular Xbox One does not come with a controller, but however I do not know if that will change in the future, I am just telling you about my experience.
It not coming with a controller does not really bother me very much because I knew beforehand that it does not come with the controller, it is how it is described.
It doesn't bother me because I can just get a controller myself, they're not that expensive.
The power box looks brand new, works great, plugs in great.
I really wanted to give a good honest review on everything because I really like the seller.
And hope their business is blessed.
However that does not mean that I would be dishonest about the product if it was bad, but thankfully they are good on their word, and I would definitely buy from them again.
