4 of 5 found this helpful I have acquired everything I need but am still waiting on dark bottles. They are on their way. I have taken silver in the past and am really impressed by it. I can really tell the difference in my body when I don't have it. I have studied the instructions--seems pretty easy, and every thing is in the kit. including a timer. Can't wait to be up and running.
I feel I made an excellent choice in the LifeForce Compact EZ-2 for the money.
