2 of 3 found this helpful Expecting a CD but received an 8.5x11 sheet of paper with web site and activation code. Supposed to be able to install on 3 devices, but only one was possible. When I called the help # I got VJ from India whom I could not understand and who was simply intent on going through my computer to tell me how bad it was, how many problems I had and how it was going to cost me up to $400+ to fix it. I finally hung up. Tried to put an icon on my desktop for easier access to the program, but haven't been able to.
Never again. I'll go back to Kaspersky.
