broke upon falling.
Broke after 2 weeks in heavy wind. Fell 10 feet and cracked. Other than that, it worked. They need a thicker material. Good idea...bad materials.

Love it. Side discharge attachment is only problem.
2 of 2 found this helpful Love it. It follows your pace speed. Power is awesome - kicks out tall grass. Starts on one pull. Not overly loud. Goes up hills well.
Side discharge plastic flap attachment falls off too easily. Don't bump it or the machine will eat it. $20 replacement. Grass was a bit dense after a couple days of rain - kicked it out fine but did get clogged one after the discharge flap attachment fell off. 15 minutes later, I bumped a tree and it went straight in and was mangled. I think that they need to redesign this. It just isn't in very securely. Too flimsy. But, I love everything else about this mower. I am going to get a bungee cord and prop the opening up next time.
I haven't used the hose cleaner thing yet as just as I finished, there was a downpour, but I expect it works fine.
I think the bag is way too small, but I think that there are probably some areas you could use it for. I think collecting the clippings at the end would be useful, but having it on all the time would probably waste a lot of time.
That said, I used to cut 1.5 acres with a 22" non-self propelled. This machine reduced my time by well over 50% and made it much more relaxing. It was also nice that it fit easily through my gate.
