Product didn't work right out of the box
I knew the odds were against me when I bought the ZOMM, but I thought I would still try. I really need something so I stop leaving my phone behind. Shipping was fast. When I got the ZOMM I went to charge it. It's supposed to light up while charging. When I plugged it in nothing. No light and I wasn't able to turn it on. I tried using the supplied USB cord and plugged it in that way. Nothing would even recognize that the ZOMM was plugged in. I know that they require a firmware update but I couldn't even get anything to recognize the ZOMM to attempt to do the update.
