High quality black lacquer finish
Easy to assemble with brass hardware. Felt covered feet and sword rests. Piano grade finish. The dragon logo is nice but can be turned toward the wall side if desired. No instructions you don't need them. A beautiful simple pease.

It's good quality just assemble it so the blemishes are turned to the wall.
1 of 1 found this helpful It had some dents and scratches that were not smoothed out in sanding and it was finished over with stain and clear spray. Fortunately these could be turned to the wall. As I once worked in a cabinet shop, we would not have let this go. But it will work on a high shelf as was my plan so it's acceptable for my purpose.

Faithful recreation.
Very well made looks and functions great. Fits narrow barrel 4" k-frame S&W well.
