German engineered made in Malaysia
1 of 1 found this helpful Where this clock is made is not really a big deal to me. Chances are the computer you are using right now was made in China. It is well made, and keeps very accurate time. One of the things I like about this clock is how you set it. There are two tiny recessed buttons on the face at approximately the 7 and 5 position. The one on the 7 position will move the time backwards, the one at the 5 position will move it forward. You will use the tip of a ball point pen to do this. When initially depress one of these buttons it will move slowly. The longer the button is depressed, the faster it will move the min. hand. the nice thing about those buttons is that you hardly see them unlike other brands that have the big stem that sticks out and covers up one of the numbers. Easy to read day or night...evenly illuminated. Unfortunately there is no second hand. VDO is standard equipment on Mercedes, Porsche, VW....so you know the quality is there.

Same as dealer, but less expensive
OEM product at a very reasonable price.

better than original
1 of 1 found this helpful on time and in good condition. It would be pretty hard to damage this stuff. Plenty of nuts, bolts and washers. You don't have to worry about coming up short on a nut or bolt. I was impressed with the quality of everything. The metal is of a thicker gauge than the original. It will be a long time before you have to replace these unless your soil is very rocky. I have a mid 80's model Horse. Every thing fit perfectly. The key to installing the tines is to take your time and pay close attention to the direction that each tine will face...you will also notice that the tines on the opposite side make a good reference.....so don't take them all off at once. As you unbolt a single tine you will notice that each tine is held in place by the one next to it. After you have unbolted the second tine...the rest of the tines will fall off. This actually makes the job easier. Just don't take everything off at once. Use your smart phone or Ipad to record by photo or video how the tines are bolted in before you do anything. This is about a 1 hour job. Compared to what OEM cost.....this is a bargain.
