This isn't working for us. I want to return it.
I followed all the directions. Unit appears to be working as lights are blinking. I even trimmed my dog's hair around his neck. The unit keeps turning around. I know it's tight because I can't get even 1 finger under it. My dog is still barking and barking and barking.
