Received product as promised. Unpacked and put gas in to put it to work. The gas ran all over the shop as the tank was damaged . There was a split in it and the valve was broken to shut it off. I called the number on the enclosed paperwork and they told me to send pictures and they would send me a new tank and valve. It arrived approx 1 week later and we installed it. It started up and ran fine .....but only put out 1/2 of the voltage it should of. I called the company again and they told me the voltage regulator was probably bad and said they would send a new one. I feel this unit was never ran or tested. It was sold as "refurbished" but feel it was never checked over or these obvious issues would have been fixed. Never again
