Long time coming
2 of 2 found this helpful In buying this set of knives, I was wanting to replace my present Chicago Cutlery utility knife I have had for 38 years. So glad I finally did (*!*). I do not remember sharpening my old utility knife that many times. I received it at my wedding shower in 1977. This knife has been so dependable, and I have moved it all over Texas. I hope my new knife lasts as long as I do. I thoroughly believe it will. They become special. Thinking of knick-naming the new utility piece New York, and maybe Amsterdam for the small paring knife.
This was a long awaited buy. It was, however, worth the wait and an excellent purchase.
