hello, yes i do like it very much and yes i would recommend it to any diabetic person out there
1 of 1 found this helpful i would say this was the best investment i have ever made i am a type 1 diabetic on insulin shots 24/7.
the really good thing about it it really works on portion control and also helps manage how much to eat at 3 times aday. so yes i would give it a 100 % best of all deal for any diabetic out there. i wish i could get carb counting books and charts on how much food to prepare and freeze for the duration of the holidays.
