Mexican Microphone
0 of 1 found this helpful This could be a replica of a Shure USA microphone. Shure did make USA products, but not this one. I am skeptic of these once USA companies that now import their 'once made in USA' products from countries like India, Bangladesh, Mexico, China, Pakistan, as an example. These non-USA imports contain large amounts of lead and other heavy metals that, if manufactured in the USA, would not contain toxic substances.
I would say, since this is not a USA product, that was once a USA product, the retail price should be under $100.00 for a made in Mexico product. If this microphone was a true USA product, then the price I paid, of $135.00, would be reasonable.

Great Gretsch Part
Stunning Great Gretsch Part! The felt strip is on the thin side and stretches out of shape. I suggest Slug Percussion Slug Felt, which is a heavy felt that won't stretch out of shape.

Turn Your Spare Light Stand, Selfie Stick, Or Your Tripod Into A Microphone Stand
Now I can use my background stands and light stands, and the thread on my mono pole to attach a 5/8 threaded microphone holder, including my 45mm microphone shock mount.
