Still the best laptop user experience
1 of 1 found this helpful Well, almost any Apple product is "the best user experience" but a "new to me" MacBook that is missing most signs of wear and has nothing technical wrong with it... "best user experience".
I wanted to put Sierra on the MacBook and it was easy to do at the Apple store too. I made an appointment at the Genius bar and was sure to explain I did not have any data on the MacBook (yet). They loaded Sierra fresh from their servers at the Apple store. The whole event took about 45 minutes, including waiting time. Again, "best user experience".
