Very inspiring program
1 of 1 found this helpful This yoga i brought years ago on VHS and i wondered why manny celebrities bragged about her all the time. This product delivers and breaks all the barriers that hold us back in life. I finally brought it on DVD after so many years and ive stuck with it this time. It challenges you, but when you break through those challenges, your life will change. Ive tried many kundalini yoga DVD's, but this one really stood out for me. You wont be sorry you brought this DVD, i am very greatful. I brought one for my friend who suffers from depression and its turning her life around. As kundalini feeds the brain you are exposed to unlimited possibilities and self healing. I encourage anyone who is looking to break down limitations in life and to get on the road to a happy and fulfilling path to try this. Im glad i found this program again. Highly recommend it.
