GREAT FOR ACHE'S & PAINS
Great product! If you have sore mussels and tightness, this is your product. Works very well for me!

Not so good, would not reccomend or buy again. Save your money on this one.
The product was as advertised by name, only. I have used Voodo products before with great success, this product not so good. It's watery and ineffective.

Size matters, in traing aids!!
It does hold your arms to make a single ONE PIECE take away, however it pinches your shoulders together. The item is a "one-size-fits-all" type of product, so regardless of your upper body size the item mostly is to small or to big. If different sizes were offered this would be an excellent training prop.That is my reason for NOT recommending this to all.
