No adverse affects and will know with some additional blood work if it's working.
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm a Boomer, who had extensive blood test to make sure I don't have Hep'C' and my blood is ok. That's when I found out about the fact that it affects your liver and after extensive research, our liver must be functioning properly or a plethora of other organs can be affected. I also researched this product by NOW and hope it is cleansing my liver and keeping it healthy. I maintain healthy eating habits and do not drink alcohol. No idea if it's helping yet, will use it for 90 days and have my blood work done again. But research indicates it is a good source to maintain a healthy liver.

The eye mask really is 3D with no pressure on your eye lids and total black out, very light weight
I like them because they not only totally blackout light they are made of some type of light weight foam material, I cannot feel them at all. Have not been traveling by air anymore but at home they are great. Also like that they come in a handle pouch with earplugs and the pouch has a draw string with a moveable stopper for easy storage, super easy to pack in a bag or pocket and they have a nice thick back strap that can be adjusted.

Worth trying if you have leg/calf/foot issues or just want the extra support.
I'm post bilateral knee surgery, yeah both knees, and this compression socks are great. Very comfortable, light weight and supportive.
