TOTALLY worth the money! Sorry I waited to get them!
2 of 2 found this helpful As a professional product photographer I've been used to large strobe heads which had to be manually adjusted all the time to attain the "perfect" shot. Since I'v started using my Nikon D7000 I have bought, first one SB700, then another and finally 2 SB800. They make my job a breeze! The ITTL features are wonderful! The 800s are certainly the powerhouse of the set and well worth buying. Together the 700s and 800s are a dream setup..... each has it's unique control factors giving a great deal of flexibility to my setups.

to die for, every one who's serious about photography should have one!
what an absolutely necessary addition to my studio photography! I've had had for a long time so manny issues that this flash takes care of, I cannot believe how good this flash unit is!!! There's NOTHING I can say as a negative about it (save, I'd be happier if I bought one in 1973, but theyt didn't have them then, now did they??)

Worth the wait!
I have been a XP PRO user since it came out and had NO desire to change.... unfortunately, Microsoft quit supporting it, and as a LOT of other people/businesses did, we had to upgrade.... I have a laptop on Windows 7..... wasn't thrilled by it, but was getting used to it..... I find Windows 8.1 very easy to use, very intuitive, and, once you get used to "where to look for it", very easy to make changes, find remedies, solve problems, etc...... it really does "take care of itself" very well! I am glad I waited till 8.1 to upgrade!!
